anyway, i know this is wayyyyy late but happy new years to y'alls. i had a boring new year. (sat around and ate junk)

but! the cool part of this journal. I'm applying to a program in England. If i get in, i would stay there for about three weeks, in Cambridge University. everyday i would take my major and minor courses (i've picked medical science and studio art) and after that i basically get to wander around the campus, as well as explore england for the rest of each day. they like, barely supervise you.

plus, a good friend and former teacher of mine used to help run the program, and she's going to email them to basically secure me a spot. a bit underhanded, but she says i deserved it, so hey, take what you get!


anyway....thats all the fun for now.

This is amazing people...we made history. and to be a part of it, i'm so glad. i've never experienced segregation or anything like that, but this is such a huge step.

we'll finally make progress! the war might finally end!

and the offspring kicked mucho ass. the black keys and stone temple pilots were shamazing too.



the mosh pit for paramore was hilarious--slightly uncomfortable but loads of fun. i was drenched in sweat by the third song. and 50% of it wasn't mine! XD


i joined a free-hugs group and we gave people hugs. then we group-hugged this guy with a Pink Floyd shirt and a guitar! he was really sweet.


i wish i had gone all three days, but alas, i only went to sunday and monday. (and not all of monday either) but it was fucking BOMB. i'm so going again next year. i'm also gonna go to folklife again. hopefully i'll able to snag some Warped Tour tickets next year too!
